Spectre Graphite Metallic

2,450.00

The Spectre is a nod to the archetypal offset shaped, surf guitars of the 60's. It features a lightweight alder body with a comfy 3/4" roundover, flamed hard maple neck, rosewood fretboard with ivoroid dots, and a locking TonePros vintage style bridge. The jazz style vibrato tailpiece has been optimized for smooth operation. The fulcrum surface has been formed to a knife edge, insuring consistent return. The spring ends are shrink wrapped to eliminate extraneous noise. I'm a big fan of extra harmonics but not 'mystery rattles'. Lastly, I install a set screw in the arm to prevent a floppy vibrato bar. The Roadhouse Pickups Square Pole single coils certainly look the part but more than that, they provide a bright, aggressive attack capable of clean chime and articulate grind under heavy gain.
