DMO in Pelham Blue
This DMO is both a tribute and an evolution. I wanted to make a guitar that is similar to the bulletproof, deluxe t-style guitars of the 70's. To that end, I requested Gemini Pickups Tone Ranger pickups to blast out bright, burly, humbucker tones. I also wanted to implement some ergonomic improvements. The body features stepped German carves for the tummy, thigh and neck access as well as an arm cut on the top. All these make for remarkably comfortable playing whether sitting or standing.
